The location was amazing. The room also, I was in a mega room with a spectacular view. Special thanks to Claire form the department loyalty who helped me a lot at the check in with very good advise. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel; both times to celebrate the anniversary with my girlfriend. I informed the staff about the occasion after the booking so that we could have a little decoration in the room. I booked a room with view on the Pearl Tower, but we received a free upgrade to a suite with an amazing view on the the Pearl Tower and the river, and we were offered an additional bottle of wine and some cake! The staff was amazing; and the pool with the view on Lujiazui alone is worth the price. Excellent and rich breakfast. Honestly, could not ask for more! I wish to thank once again the staff for helping making this (again) an unforgettable night! Simply perfect

Amazing hotel with unbelievable breakfast to suit every taste. There’s a full western section with eggs, omelettes, hash browns, french toast, beans, various cheeses etc etc. tons of vegetarian options too. Rooms are big and high end Gym is amazing Vivian on reception was very helpful and kindly gave me a late checkout. I would only stay here next time I visit Shanghai due to this level of service.

Lydia went above and beyond, helping me with everything from ordering Taobao to recommending the best places to eat and visit in the city. Not only did he provide stellar service, but he even remembered my name each time I saw him. His warm and friendly demeanor made every interaction feel personal and genuine. The room itself was a dream—super clean, comfortable, and with the best view of the Pearl Tower you could ask for. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything felt fresh and tidy. You can really see that the staff care about cleanliness and the comfort of every guest. The team is incredibly friendly and responsible — always smiling, polite, and ready to help with anything you need. The airport shuttle service was absolutely perfect — the driver was on time, the car was clean, and the ride was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.
