The hotel is almost in the middle of no where, with no mobile signals. But it is surrounded by stone mountains and forests, with a thoughtfully designed large garden, beautiful and peaceful. We tried almost all food from the menu, and it is just not one dish failing our expectations. Highly recommend the tasting menu, absolutely money worth! We took a trail no5 from the small brochure provided by the hotel, it turned out to be a fantastic hiking trail - the best hiking experience throughout the whole trip. Have to mention this too- we brought our dog with us, was a bit worried to dine leaving her in the strange hotel room alone- but it was not a problem at all - Czech is such a dog friendly country. Simply love it!

Everything was great - food, room, spa The young girl at the reception was unfriendly and indifferent, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our car battery died, and we asked her if she knew any repair services or if she could help in any way. She indifferently replied that there are many services in the city and that we should use Google Maps. The problem is that many people don't speak English, and it was very difficult to find help.
