It was an amazing experience for me. They really take care of us from beginning to end and answer all our questions. Even the extra services they offered us which was normally extra charge but they gifted us. Mr Haitham Ali was the guy who took care of all our booking process and needs excellently. It was like a home :)

Expérience en famille – Test d’hôtel Our arrival at the hotel immediately set the tone: a quick, professional check-in with a warm welcome. A small but much-appreciated gesture: a welcome drink served with a delicate macaron that delighted the whole family. The staff kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast while our rooms were being prepared — a smooth early check-in that allowed us to start our stay on the right foot. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The selection isn’t enormous, but it’s intentional: every product is fresh, high-quality, well presented, and frequently replenished. At a time when people value quality over quantity, this was exactly what we were looking for. Then, a wonderful surprise: we were upgraded to a swim-up room. Sheer joy on little Henri’s face (and on ours too, to be honest!). The room lived up to the great first impression: spotless, well laid-out, clean, and welcoming. Another lovely detail: the gentleman in charge of housekeeping personally introduced himself and assured us we could reach out to him for anything we needed. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Of course, we couldn’t resist a dip in the private pool. Henri jumped right in, and that first moment together in the water was simply perfect. Later on, we walked down a few steps to discover a peaceful little bar beside the adults-only pool — a quiet haven to relax for a while. There, Khalid prepared delicious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). He even made a special effort for Henri, which truly touched us. Thank you, Khalid! For lunch, we headed to the à la carte Basilico restaurant. The beginning felt a bit off: the ambiance was cooler than the rest of the hotel, and the order taking was a bit confused (dishes before drinks?). We briefly wondered if staff roles were properly coordinated. But quickly, the service picked up pace and warmth. The team stepped in with more flow and friendliness.

Both the resort and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It looked just like the pictures on Booking. The staff was always helpful, they were ready to do everything they could to make you happy. The cleaning staff was the best I have ever seen. The always respected the do not disturb sign, never entered the room without your express permission, they were attentive and only cleaned when you were not in the room. I slept well, the beds were comfortable with long, soft pillows I wish I had at home! The weather was perfect, it was 32 degrees, but felt like 25, warm but with a refresing wind. The sea was warm. It is very shallow near the beach, you have to go really far to be able to swimm. There is a very long wooden pier, at the end of which you kan snorkle. The food was good and varied, buffet style. Only the drinks are brought to you by waiters. There is a main restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and diner and there are à la carte restaurants where you can have dinner, but only if you booked a day in advance. Only 2 dinners in the à la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive package. There was no moskito problem except when I had diner at the sea food restaurant by the beach. It is not a non smoking hotel, but very few people smoked so I was not bothered.

I had a very enjoyable holiday with my family. All the staff, in particular, were very friendly and helpful. Even the smallest problem was resolved quickly. The hotel was clean. The sea was perfect for snorkeling.

The property is very diverse and people spread nicely so it’s never to crowded in one place. There is an aquapark, several pools (adults-only, relax pools, animated pools), the beautiful beach. Also the greenery is meticulously kept in place.

Amazing experience in Utopia , I really want to come back. Clean rooms, always smiling staff, good food. Our stay at True Beach Resort was wonderful. The people were the nicest and the rooms and restaurants were spacious and clean. Highly recommended 🥰

We really enjoyed spending a week at Protels. All the members are friendly, helpful & always smiling. The managers are very friendly, gave us all the support needed, and looked after us. We had much fun with the entertainment team. The clearness made our room impeccable every day (very well cleaned). All the waitresses are friendly and polite, always giving they best to help. Loads of different options of food, Arabic taste. The building is the same as the pictures. Long beautiful beach, and the coral reef is awesome for snorkelling. Everything was great! The resort is newly built so everything is neat and good. I loved the Nubian style houses with red domes inside. Food is well prepared. The staff is particularly friendly, making you feel warm like in morning sunshine. Thank you all for making this place an Eden for guests. This is a vast area that offers various venues for sports. A wooden walkway streches to the coral reef, you can do snorkeling there.
