The location is great (directly at the beach and near to the center), the pool is nice, the food was good, but especially it is really customer-service oriented managed. There was an overbooking issue with our reservation where the Hotel sent an e-mail on the day of check-in that they cannot accomodate us, which we hadn't seen on time as travelling during the day. Nevertheless, it got solved by Arturo, the Hotel Manager until the evening, so we could stay from the first night onwards. For the inconvenience we got a room up-grade and a dinner for free, which I really appreciate. Not a typical customer service that you would find everywhere in Spain. Thx again Arturo!

Fantastic hospitality throughout our stay and free room upgrade on arrival - thanks so much to the director and her team, they made our stay very special. Both the breakfast and dinners were also fantastic (complements to the chef and his team) and the sea view from the room was great! The pool area is also very nice for those who prefer to stay and use the hotel facilities. Javi the head barmen was also an absolute legend! Compliments to the entire hotel team, we would not hesitate to book again

Hotel is at the beach, at promenade, we rented car so everyday after breakfast we leaved and came for dinner. Food was Perfect every day different, traditional spain dinner, everyday clean room, What i want to highlight is the staff, very Nice always smile and helpful , speaks deutch and also good in english . this hotel deserve 4* . First of all, I wanna say thank you to the whole team of Es Racó d‘Artà. We had a wonderful stay in one of your Casitas and it was the most beautiful place we stayed so far. The whole team is very friendly, flexible and and very kind. The Hotel is a calm, situated in one of the most relaxed places in Mallorca, architecture is amazing and every room is perfectly designed. As we have 2 dogs, we had a special demand and the management made it possible to stay at that amazing place. Nacho and Paco had the best experience ever :) The breackfast is superb, local and fresh food, high quality and service is over the top!!!! Dinner from restaurant was high quality too and not too expensive! We will recommande your Hotel to all of our friends from Luxembourg As a young couple, we recommand all the people to book a casita with private terrace and a spacious interior!
