Very very nice hotel! We loved the room and the hotel, it’s clear that the staff goes above and beyond for their guests and we really enjoyed our stay. The view of this superior room was breathtaking and makes this room a 11 out of 10. The bed and pull out couch, and pillows and sheets were very nice quality and comfortable. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We didn't speak Spanish much but many of the staff spoke English and we could also use Google translate to communicate and understand the check in and check out process. The staff was very patient with communication. They were very friendly with us and our children. The location is perfect - at could walk to everything. The shower was very nice - large and many different functions.

I really liked the apartment! The kitchen is well equipped: clean dishes, pots and pans, lots of different glasses, a kettle, a coffee maker, even a blender! It's great that there was a dishwasher and a washing machine. A fireplace is great in the cold season! The beds have clean bed linen. The bathroom has new and modern plumbing. We lived on the 2nd floor with a stunning view - we will miss it. Plenty of free parking near the apartment or on the neighboring streets. Very quiet place, no noise nearby. You can walk to the Dia supermarket in 10-15 minutes or drive by car. There are also small supermarkets and cafes in the town itself. There are many hiking trails in the area. And you can get to interesting places very quickly. It is worth visiting Navacerrada: walk along the shore of the reservoir and visit the town itself.
