This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.

I absolutely loved everything — I have no complaints whatsoever. From the front desk service to the housekeeping team, everyone was outstanding. They were incredibly accommodating, especially since I was traveling with my pet. At all times, they gave me clear instructions regarding areas where dogs are not allowed off-leash, but they were always empathetic and kind in guiding me on where pets were welcome and where they weren’t. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety! As a concierge myself, I congratulate you for your excellent work and dedication. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best stays I’ve had in Spain. I recommend you 1000%!

I stayed in Studio 4. The thought and imagination that has gone into the design of this studio is fantastic. It really is one of the quirkiest/coolest places I’ve stayed in and it was an absolute delight. The underground bar and cinema room is absolutely fantastic. And the facilities as a whole are very clean, tidy and modern and provide you with everything you need. The location is right in the heart of everything you want to have a look at and within walking distance of basically everything you want to do. The owner and staff were a delight to deal with, super responsive, very helpful and really lovely people. This is a one of a kind studio that I would recommend you stay in when visiting Madrid it’s perfect for a couple.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center, connected to the rest of the city with the metro stations nearby. Madrid is my favorite city so it was great to have everything I wanted to see easily reached. Will be back 100%. Denise, the receptionist, gave us a warm welcome and was super helpful and nice, she gave us all the advice we needed and made our stay even better. Muchas gracias por todo una vez mas, Denise! ❤️ The ladies in the rooftop bar were lovely as well during the free Sangria workshop we had. Love this place.
