Very nice hotel, excellent location and great food and entertainment services. We had breakfast and dinner every day in the restaurant and the food was very varied and tasty. I particularly enjoyed my interaction with chef David who was very kind, helpful and always cooked delicious food! He always welcomed us with a smile on his face and was very polite and had such positive energy! A real pleasure to discuss with him! The rooms were cleaned every day and had all the needed equipment. The outside pools were nice as well. Overall a very nice stay!

The location is very good and also that the area is closed with fence all around. The breakfast is always excellent both for kids and adults. We also enjoyed the Gala dinner on Christmas day. And the animation in the evenings was great. We want to come again and again to HD Parque Cristobal!

The room on the 3rd floor is huge, with two balconies and two air conditioners on the lower level. The room has stairs leading to the upper level, where there’s an empty room with a terrace, an additional air conditioner, and a bathroom. The view from both balconies and the terrace is beautiful, overlooking the golf course. Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures of the room, only a video. They offer free Wi-Fi (though we didn’t get a chance to test it, because we were here only 2 days), a fairly large pool with plenty of sunbeds, and a bar. The hotel’s location is excellent, as it’s very quiet, making it ideal for those who prefer a noise-free night. We appreciated the early breakfast (7:30) – at other hotels we stayed in, it was at 8:30. The breakfast has a sufficiently diverse selection with friendly staff. They also offer parking in their garage for €10 per day (with a weekly special rate of €50). The location is excellent, being very close to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas (a 10-minute drive), and also Siam Park and Siam Mall (a 5-10 minute drive).
