It is hard to list all the positive sides of this hotel. I will start with staff (reception, restaurant, bar, etc.); they were all absolutely amazing (very professional and kind). The hotel itself is very clean and confy, absolutely spotless. The food is of very high quality and variety is really high; you simply must accept the fact that you cannot try out everything from the menu. Finally, the location is very good, close to a beautiful beach, with lots of greenery.

Very clean, modern interior. Staff are absolutely wonderful, just excellent service all around. We got two bottles of champagne as it was my partner's birthday and we got engaged. They really do go above and beyond. Spa is wonderful, as is pool and jacuzzi in the rooftop suites.

Breakfast and dinner were awesome! Definetely more than what I expected. A lot of options, some meals are prepared at the moment, there was asian dinner night, spanish food, sea food night, etc. Beds in the room are comfortable, location is good (lots of shops around), the beach is 2-3 min away. As we checked-in late (after midnight) and skipped the dinner, they offer some food for late check-ins. The staff was very kind! I would definetely come back if I am in Port Alcudia again.

The room was amazing, with a huuuuge bathroom. Of course, you've seen the pool pictures, but it's even more amazing in person. There are actually two pools, and since they’re in the yard, it stays super warm there even when it’s windy outside. The sunshine would warm us up, and we could just lay on the tanning beds feeling suuuper cozy. The staff deserves an extra shout out for being super helpful and nice. I don’t know if anyone else can relate, but there was a sparkling water machine in the bar/coffee area, so I had access to unlimited sparkly water, yay :D free and nice coffee every morning too. The breakfast is made to order, which is really nice. The room was cleaned every day and so nicely, honestly the whole staff is super talented and seems to really enjoy what they do. In general, the hotel is in the historical center of Alcúdia, and it feels extra special to stay there. If I ever come back to Mallorca, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else honestly. And a small but very important thing - I accidentally left my necklace in a bathrobe, and they found it! They’re even posting it back to me. Just amazing service, I feel so lucky. 🧷 tip for pro hikers - visit the Platja des Coll Baix, hard to get to, but so worth it

The hotel was beautiful-interiers modern and cosy (sensitively reconstructed), very close to the sea, on the calm place, but there was the opportunity to walk to the near city, close to the shop, amazing swimming pool with tropical gardens and big beds to lie…😍Me and by mum had a really great time in here.
