LISTEN. This is the best hotel in Madrid that I’ve stayed in, I’ve been to Madrid 4 times and on those 4 times i stayed there. First of all, the Hotel is amazing, I loved the decoration on the room and outside the room, it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL and it’s better in person than the pictures. And the view ??? I stayed on the 26th floor and waking up to that amazing view is literally paradise. Second, the food, guys the food is finger liking good, presentation on point, season and flavor too. Everything! Third, the staff, the staff is so welcoming, friendly and adorable and available, great service I love it ! Fourth, location, me personally I think the location is great I was able to get to the main places in a short period of time with the public transportation (train, bus etc) I don’t think it’s far at all from the main attractions especially from Gran Via (about less than 13 minutes). It’s a 10/10 for me, my favorite place to be in, this Hotel deserves all of my coins and it’s definitely affordable for what it is (meaning, you get more than what you paid for), the whole experience is always amazing just being there. Plus, there’s a beautiful mall right next to the Hotel it’s called Caleido, you can have lunch there the food is amazing too, sushi, American breakfast and my favorite bakery called Santa Gloria they sell the best “Napolitanas” check it out.

Neat and tidy airport hotel with free airport transfers. They were able to shuttle us at 4:30am for our early flight which was great. Closeby to shopping malls with lots of dining options if you don't want to eat in house. Plenty of space for luggage if you need to repack before travelling.

We only stayed for 1 night as we had a very early flight the next day. Excellent service from the reception, very friendly, the free shuttle took us to the airport at 03.30 am. We booked a family room, which was ideal, spotlessly clean.

Easy to check in, large room, amenities in bathroom, AC, shower with jets was a nice surprise and very friendly and polite staff.
