It was spotlessly clean, well equipped with little extras like soaps, shampoo, laundry liquid and 2 good sized new Samsung TVs. It was a 5 minute walk to the stadium. 2 of the bedrooms are huge and the 3rd bedroom is cozy. Entry was keyless and we managed to park with the parking voucher right outside. House was warm, bright and super quiet. There was a small Morrison supermarket around the corner and a few takeaways within walking distance. It’s just a £10 Uber fare into the city at night with a lot of choice of good quality restaurants.

Stunning property, fully equipped with everything we needed. Fantastic hosts, nothing too much trouble, great communication. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be booking for our next visit to Liverpool.

The Reception and Bar staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us (Particularly the Reception Staff)! Room 218 was outstanding both in size and amenities! Brilliant room lovely comfy beds and very little city road noise! We had a very peaceful stay! The Hotel perfectly positioned for all city amenities within a short walk!

Didn’t have breakfast, however staff very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent everything we needed was in place .

I first booked for one night and topped it with a second one. I do stand in awe to these nice people who have decided to save this big ship hotel.They work hard .The captains (the owners) are always on board, easy to talk to and the staff is most welcoming, smiling and willing to help.There is still a bit to be done to the place but I would be so glad to visit this special place and see how theses lovely people are improving the place and to support their venture.This place is full of history and you want this place to be kept afloat,thrive and bustle with happy people. The bar on the roof is the place to visit in the evening for a drink, a rest a chat and a stunning view of a river.To top it all the place is really quiet and just a stone throw to the waterfront, the museum, the cavern and within a walkable distance from the station. If you look for a genuine place for your stay, go for it!
