It is a historic building and looks beautiful. The rooms have an old school look but in a positive way. It is close borjomi park. Our highlights were the daily spa sessions including sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. We also loved the breakfast. We had read that it was bad but we could not confirm it. We also spend NYE here. The staff was very attentive and left some small traditional Georgian bites in our room which was a small but welcomed gesture.

The area was so quite and peaceful. Big lawn full of snow and all your needs are available (kitchenware, utensils, bbq items, etc.). The bonfire pit is nice. All in all, i highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay. Hot tub is available as well.

Amazing Luxury place, fresh, new, clean. Unforgettable views around all green and mountains.. the second flour bath with view was really that what I needed. Barbeque zone.... walking nice places recommending!!!

Awesome guest house with a bedroom and a living room/kitchen. There's everything you may need to enjoy your stay, and homemade wine was a very sweet gift from the property owners.

Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.

Babex Panorama is located in Bakuriani. Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to a terrace.

Unforgettable stay with breathtaking mountain views The view from the apartment windows is absolutely stunning. There’s a balcony with chairs and a table — enjoying our morning coffee while admiring the mountains was a truly unforgettable moment. We really appreciated the clear information provided in the apartment, including the Wi-Fi code and all the details we needed. Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea and coffee — it felt like someone was genuinely waiting for us, which made us feel very welcome. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, pots, pans, and everything needed to prepare a simple meal. A large grocery store is just 500 meters away, making shopping very convenient. Everything is furnished with quality and care. We will definitely return — next time we’ll book the apartment with access to the terrace and jacuzzi, which the host kindly showed us during our stay. The terrace is with 2 apartments and features sun loungers and a jacuzzi — perfect for relaxing and sun bedding ☀️
