Spacious and clean room with a balcony, very helpful staff and good food (dinner and breakfast). We used the Turkish sauna, could not make the other one work. The pool seemed decent too but we didn't use it.

Everything was very good. We asked even for an airport pickup what the hotel owner helped us with for additional cost. Cozy location, decorated in local style, very beautiful. Very good breakfast, beyond our expectations. The owner Zaza has helped us to get a ride to Batumi next day. We have been happy to stay here and definetely be back next time we are in Kutaisi

I think it is not easy to find the entrance only with the address, but the host gives you the detailed information and with that, you won’t be get lost.
