We wanted to book for 6days but rooms were full and we were only able to book 1day in 1 room and 5 days in an other due to room availability. Upon arrival they told us they upgraded our room (chic) to a junior suite (with no extra charge!) so we could stay in that for the whole week and don't need to check in and check out again which was very kind first impression and made our day. Room were awesome, location is great easy to walk anywhere cool restaurants nearby, breakfast selection is enormous you can eat whatever you want, staff is super friendly. Pool is nice and warm with sunbeds.

Perfect vacation! We recommend it to everyone who wants to experience peace and quiet, exceptional service in the hotel, very good food, comfort, relaxation. A Boutique Paradise – Contessina Suites & Spa, Zakynthos Our stay at Contessina Suites & Spa was absolutely unforgettable – truly one of the best boutique hotels we’ve ever experienced. From the very beginning, we felt the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, thanks especially to the incredibly kind and attentive staff. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a private pool and were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and a fresh fruit platter. At the end of our stay, we were even gifted a bottle of Contessina’s own olive oil – such a thoughtful gesture that made our departure bittersweet. Breakfast was a daily delight – fresh, varied, and always served with a smile. Every morning felt like a warm embrace. The on-site gym is small but modern, and for those wanting more space or equipment, the large and well-equipped gym at the sister hotel is just perfect. Highly recommended! This hotel combines luxury, soul, and genuine hospitality. We’ll be dreaming of Contessina for a long time to come.

What a pleasant stay this was. Beautiful hotel with stunning views and top quality facilities. We particularly liked the staffs kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for any request, and also the complementary room upgrade and welcoming drink at arrival - the bartender Kostas makes some of the best cocktails I've ever had (tried all of the signature cocktails). I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this one beats them all. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with amazing staff for a moment of relaxation.

This is one of those reviews you hate to write because you know, once you tell everyone how great the place is, it's going to make it harder to book it again! So much to like about Villa Yliessa, I felt at home the moment I passed through the gate. I was warmly greeted by the host, everthing about the villa clearly explained and fresh fruit from the lemon and pmegranate trees waiting on the table. In a great setting, with wide open vistas and yet private, but close to all the necessities. The house is beautifully designed and constructed. Simple and fresh and more spacious than the photos would indicate. It was very well equipped and the pool and deck were spectacular for relaxing or having a barbecue dinner. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had, I would not hesitate to book again!

The suite is absolutely breathtaking! With service food and drink to match. We ate in the restaurant upstairs - Orizontes - every night of our stay, some of best fresh fish we have eaten. The staff can’t do enough for you. Dimitris welcomed us and looked after us our whole stay. We will most definitely be back.

Breakfast was ok. The room was very small with very limited storage space. Very low comfort, nothing even close to 4 stars hotel.Bathroom was tiny and with very low level of accessories. Shower gel was available only on request. Overall, it was a great disappointment.
