We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were amazed by the extremely high level of service and love we received from all who work here. You can tell everyone enjoys being there and takes great pride in their work. One of the managers, Paris, was especially attentive and took special care to be sure everything was perfect for us and really went the extra mile to be sure we wanted for nothing. Usually I have to confirm and be sure all the wishes I discussed in emails with a venue about a special experience/birthday surprise are going to be carried through - but with Gennadi all was above and beyond expectation with zero work from me! The mille-feuille I asked them to make for Robert's birthday cake was the absolute best I have ever had and in true Gennadi style, they went the extra mile and even put gold flakes on top! We loved hearing about everyone's country (the staff is from all over Europe) and Petra who gave amazing service at dinner was even from Hungary, where my grandmother came from! The food was perfection - complements to the executive chef who was always keeping an eye on everything. The room was beautiful and the housekeeping ladies keep the resort absolutely spotless.

Amazing Hotel. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Helpful and very friendly staff. Food is ok, but not 5 stars. I was really missing seafood. However we liked Moonlight restaurant, top notch. Beach is very beautiful, clean and plenty of sun beds. In the beach bar you can get drinks and snacks. Animation team 10 over 10. Many sports activities and evening shows were superb. Overall I can definitely recommend the hotel.

I appreciated the staff's responsiveness - when I mentioned our room was missing curtains on the first morning, they fixed it while we enjoyed breakfast. The hotel was great, our kids loved it. Our room was spacious and clean. Minigolf was fun. The kids also enjoyed playing with pebbles on the beach. And the food was delicious at all restaurants!

Amazing hotel! Very clean, very big There are so many guests and you just don't feel it. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. Always doing their best to make you smile. Especially Ivgenia who was with us all through our stay to make sure we are satisfied with our vacation. The animation team is great! We came with 3 kids and felt like a couple. The water gym... To start with, I must say that the owner is extremely caring and kind. He comes to welcome you and to show up the house and how everything works! The house is completely brand new, well located and the jacuzzi is incredible! Next time in Lindos I will definitely be staying there again.

Private swimming pool and the jacuzzi, the garden area and the location. In response to some comments by previous guests, Yes, it does appear to be overlooked but it is by the family that owns the property and they go out of their way to not come out on their balcony, we saw them once in 3 weeks! With regard to the shower being small, there is plenty of room in there to have a shower! The family are always on hand to sort out any problems - very quickly.
