Beautiful resort hotel right next to the beach. We got a free upgrade, which was super sweet. The staff is amazing and willing to help. The beach is small, but we had no problems with sun beds and umbrellas. Really, enjoyable experience.

To begin with, Konstantinos (the host) was very responsive and provided us with all the information upfront. He was also responding quickly to all queries we had during our stay. The apartment is new and well equipped with all you might need. It, is spacious with good furniture, clean and very comfy. Central air conditioning and ventilation helped a lot since it was 30+ outside pretty much all the time. We were provided with extra bed sheets and towels upon request. Also the host arranged for a cleaning in the middle of our stay. The location is great to enjoy Kalamata's seaside. It is 5 min walking from the beach and you also get plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. You can get to the old town by bus in 15 min.

Our stay at this house was truly a delight! We were given everything we needed and the accommodations were thoroughly clean and comfortable. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of parking, there was really nothing more you could ask for! The icing on the cake was the hot tub - it added an extra touch of relaxation that made our visit even more enjoyable. We'd definitely recommend this house to anyone who wanted an escape from everyday life - and we look forward to coming back soon ourselves!

Lovely sea views from balcony and everything needed and more was provided by the hosts including shampoo, coffee/sugar/milk/water and all cooking facilities with frig. parking available in the shade and very close to beach, cafes and walks. Good location for us away from busy Kalamata in a quieter area ,only 5-10 minutes drive away and excellent new accommodation...note no cards taken only cash.
