The location of the accommodation was good and within walking distance to the port, restaurants and cafes, and 30mins walk to the city and attractions. Free parking is available and was convenient. The host, Anestis, was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with useful information on restaurants and attractions. We arrived late at night but received a very warm welcome by the staff, Eleni. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The swimming pool was nice. We also received a bottle of complimentary wine. The bed was very comfortable. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

Everything was the same as it is written on booking.com . House of owner was so kind, helpfull. The room decoration was nice. Coffee,netflix, welcome serving at roof bar, lady at reception everything was great. We strongly suggest this place to all families. Very clean place, made and maintained with great desire. The hostess is extremely kind and responsive. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable and one can get a good night's sleep. The jacuzzi is maintained and cleaned regularly. The garden is a nice place to relax. I recommend the place for a peaceful and quiet holiday.

Our host was George. His apartment sits in a truly local neighborhood—you don’t feel like a tourist at all, you feel like a local. People in the immediate area were exceptionally friendly; even though I don’t speak Greek, I was warmly greeted and always received helpful replies. George himself was remarkably attentive; communication was quick and kind, and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt comfortable from the very first minute right through to check-out. A special highlight was the bathtub with massage jets. The diagonally laid tiles create a fun optical illusion—almost as if the tub were slightly reclined—purely visual; functionally everything is perfect. I should probably leave a bad review just to keep availability for my next visit—but George’s hospitality was so outstanding that he truly deserves the highest possible rating. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable. The owner thought about everything. The kitchen tools are handy. There are 4-5 types of coffee and tea (and a coffee machine). There is a stove and kettle. The TV has Netflix. The garden and the view of the apartment is a must-see. It's so close to the city center, you can walk in 5-6 minutes. The most important thing is, the house owner is really friendly and kind. If I go to Kavala again, I definitely will stay there. I like the cosy ambiance. Me, my wife and our child enjoyed our stay.
