This hotel exceeded our expectations on most fronts. From the first step into the apartment you can feel the architects at work. So many details that have been thought through in order to make your stay as relaxing as possible. 10/10 would stay there again. We liked the view, the heated pool, the overall setup of the apartment, the gym with yoga corner and a sauna, the fact that you got plenty of drinking water, coffee and tea (replenished daily). I could continue this list and this would be a long one. Our hosts were proffessional and available via whatsup which is always a convinient option.

Super happy with the stay (family of five with teens) :) They should absolutely change the “main”-picture of the hotel from the water slides to one of the restaurants or bar’s (They deserve it) . The slides are a nice thing, but this resort is underselling by not focusing more on the other qualities). Fantastic beachfront, great pools with snack bars, and of course their choice of a la carte-restaurants and to much under-communicated. For instance the “Orama bar”. Fantastic (adults-only) bar with great atmosphere and view. Which we unfortunately “found” the last evening after a great dinner at the next door Italian Azzure-restaurant (Great Italian cuisine) :)

Absolutely in love with Elios Hill! The moment we walked in, we felt like wow, it is going to be a great holiday. And it was. The hotel is new, very clean, tasteful and just well planned. Buffee has many options and it is not the same every day. Many attractions outside and inside (also for kids and teenagers). Staff - AMAZING! This is the place to go when you are travelling with family, because the staff is super child friendly. I did not meet anyone who didn’t say hi with a smile on their face (cleaning ladies, buffee personnel, administration, people working at the kids club, etc).

The best hotel I have ever been. The staff was just amazing, they did everything to make all the guests feel welcome. The hotel itself looked amazing - I totally fell in love with the place and if I ever travel back to Crete it would be my first choice to stay again. The food was amazing and wide selection (also there was food that kids loved), and the pools were warm and clean. The room was 3 floored, 55 m2 - all was nice and working. I highly recommend it. The seaside was not so close that you could walk so easily (hotel offered also paid transfer), but if you have car it was 5 min drive. City that it was close to was beautiful and many family activities were 10-20 minutes drive away. I am very happy that I had pleasure to stay there for 5 days.
