Everything about and property was exceptional. Cleanliness, facilities, Pool Jacuzzi, private terrace/balcony. We were a short walk away from a private beach where we enjoyed the use of the Sunbeds, kayaks and peddle boat. Antonia an exceptional host was so responsive and quick to help if we needed anything or had questions.

We had a wonderful stay in Apartments Villa Zlatko. The location was perfect, near the water and approx 20 min walk to the old town. Boba - the woman managing the property - was warm and friendly and was extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed; we were on the ground floor and next to the pool, which was perfect! Thank-you Boba, we will return!

Everything was amazing from start to end of our stay. Marina and her husband were very kind hosts. The apartment is very new and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen (and house in general) had all amenities and we even had fruit and drinks provided at our arrival. Also a sweet welcome note. The jacuzzi and the terrace, were everything we needed to relax after driving for a while (even that was fantastic) I would really recommend this apartment to everyone that are thinking to visit Zadar. The neighbourhood is very calm, not far from the centre. Ideally if you have a car they also provide private parking.

The house is new, located just a few meters from the sea in a perfect location and within a new complex. The house is fully equipped with a great grill, and I was also pleased to find a washing machine. There’s a private hot tub and sauna on the terrace – with no extra charges. The sea was beautifully clear with a sandy bottom and shallow water near the shore, perfect for children. A shop, bakery, and restaurants are nearby. The house also comes with two paddleboards – a new experience for us. A great stay! We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it.
