Fantastic view. Cleanliness everywhere. Cozy beach with enough sun-beds and umbrellas. Big and comfortable room. But the best is the staff: everyone from janitor to manager is highly professional, they help you with any issues, and they are indeed pet-friendly. The spa was also a great experience. We tried only massages, but the pool and saunas looked nice. Underground secure parking has big parking spots.

The service was very good. The employees are very cultured and very understanding. The hotel is very nice in a good location, 5 minutes from the promenade by the sea. The interior is made as historical, which makes you feel as if you are in the past. We were very surprised at how much choice of food there was for breakfast and dinner, which was very tasty. Impeccably clean, brand new design hotel. Superb location within walking distance to just everything in Opatija. Amazing spa area with 25m swimming pool, gym and comfortable relax zone. Breakfast is amazing with premium touch and various buffet choices as well as a' la carte options included. Energy of the place is great, hotel vibe is very cozy with beautiful and stylish modern design. Rooftop Bar with outdoor swimming pool/lounge/café is just a cherry on the top here.
