The place felt clean, new, cosy and welcoming. As guests with special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free) and staying on half-board, the hotel did a great job to accommodate us and the food was excellent. Certainly a great option for a stay in Bük, and we'd highly recommend it.

Nice hotel with great pools, spa, saunas, fantastic food with a great choice. A few minutes walk from a thermal spa. A big car park.

I was in this hotel 3 months ago and have returned to repeat the experience, so I guess this tell it all. Travelled with my wife and small toddler and if you take the all inclusive package like we did you are set up for a great time. It is very child friendly, the staff is very helpful and professional, the food excellent and with a huge variety, the room has a pretty decent size. some floors of the hotel (3 out of 5) are fully renovated, others are not, but are still nice.
