Its actually a little Bali paradise, you have everything in the resort, culture, nature and food experience. It”s great option for those who are on Bali first time/have limited time for vacation/especially if you have small children/ because you can explore everything in one place. As diabetic l am thirsty all the time and because the water on Bali is not drinkable, the resort gives you bottled water on daily base as you need. You just order by app. I would like to thank all roomkeepers/attendants- Krisna, Pande Permana, Yudi Wirga and Oka Widana that made our days more special with towel sculptures (ehat l am used during the travelling), but hand written massages on daily basis full of positive words means a lot for us! Tjank you to these staff! Hope the owner of the hotel Rimba is reading this!

We have a wonderful stay in Ayana. This is absolutely one of the best villa we have ever stayed. Staffs are all very kind, special thanks to our butler Yudi & Edi, they are very professional, helpful & thoughtful. They managed everything in detail. My body condition was poor due to serious illness before, so during the stay I was not feeling so well, but thanks to Edi, he's arranged a doctor for me & after some treatment I felt much better. Thank you so much for their excellent hospitality. I can really feel they care about all the guests. Besides the staffs I love the villa too. We stayed at Ocean Front Cliff King Villa. It's so spacious, clean & tidy with nice decor. The bed was so comfortable. And the swimming pool, lawn, gorgeous sea view.... we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an unforgettable holiday in Bali, where we came for the first time. Endless thanks to Jimbaran Puri family for making every moment unforgettable for us.. A paradise has been created in the middle of nature. Service was super. Evenings spent with the sound of waves under the stars were magnificent. Well done to all our employees, thank you very much. We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Bali trip because we wanted to be closer to the airport and this brand new charming, modern beachfront hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are the nicest, most professional people that we met during our entire trip and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable there. We booked a room with an oceanview, but weren't expecting a violent windstorm our first night there - we asked if we could move to a quieter room and they had 2 options ready for us within a couple hours. They even surprised us with some fresh fruit and a homemade cake from their kitchen, which was so nice of them to do. My boyfriend got food poisoning at a seafood restuarant nearby on our 2nd last day and the staff arranged to have a doctor sent up to our room to treat him - he was feeling so much better the next day for our flight home and we owe it all to the staff at Platinum Hotel. The breakfast was very nice (special thanks to Dina) and while we weren't able to take advantage of the gym or the pool, they looked like excellent facilities and we're excited to try them out the next time we stay. They also did a great job on our laundry and the car they arranged for us to the airport was extremely affordable and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Bali, hopefully for longer than 3 nights because they were just that great. Suksma!

There's a simple but satisfying buffet accompanying a la carte breakfast, which is great! Everything was great, but what we loved most was the pool! It's certainly quite a big pool for the size of the hotel (it's not super big hotel, which is nice for us), and it was never crowded.
