I had the most wonderful experience at the Royal Avila during my stay in Lombok. The hotel has a beautiful location with perfect sea views and jaw-dropping sunsets from your balcony. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The restaurant serves a good range of options at breakfast and dinner offers a varied menu too. The quality of the food was excellent and service exceptional. Throughout the hotel, the service was of the highest order. Everyone is happy to see you and greets you with a smile. I booked three trips with the hotel. They were all excellent and gave a good overview of this beautiful island. I used the Spa three times during my stay and was pleased with the treatments and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning a trip to Lombok to stay at this hotel. The stunning setting, good food and beautiful decor are all impressive. However, it is the level of service received from the staff that is the standout feature. As a frequent traveller who has stayed in hundreds of hotels across the World, I have to say that the service in this hotel was amongst the very best .....if not the best.....that I have ever received. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to Lombok!

My stay at Lumi was amazing! The staff really went above and beyond, everyone was super-friendly. Room ("beach cabin") was beautiful and clean, not very spacey though (but ok for one-person stay). Whole place is amazing, really beautiful complex. Breakfast "experience" is perfection. I also highly recommend dine in their beach-barbecue place (delicious food for reasonable price) with the pictoresque view on the sunset beach. Oh and you can get just borrow bikes at no extra cost which is very convenient.

Great location, we stayed in the villa for four days and it was beautiful and great value, literally a few steps to the beach. Magic to wake up in the morning, a few steps out and ordering a cappuccino. Or ordering a cocktail during sunset. Staff is some of the nicest I have met during our visits to Indonesia, wish I could bring them home. So down to earth, cool and service minded people! Nothing was to much for them, always smiling and greeting us by name. They were so kind and welcoming to our kids. This place definitely surprised us in a positive way, exceeded our expectations. Coming back for sure! Breakfast is great as well.

Fabulous boutique hotel . Staff were amazing couldn’t do more for us . They had a problem with peaking pain on the pool and hot tubs but were very up front about that issue .

The structure is welcoming and integrated into the environment. It is located in a convenient area to reach the various points of the island, it also gives the possibility to rent bicycles. The staff is friendly and helpful, they arranged for us to return to Bali via Lombok after the sea route to Bali was closed due to bad weather! highly recommended

The most memorable thing for me is that you not only provide high-quality accommodation and exceptionally friendly service but also offer a range of problem-solving assistance. I know many travelers, including us, encounter various issues, such as renting bikes, finding snorkeling tours, or the inconvenience of being wet after snorkeling and unable to travel comfortably. Yet, the staffs were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help (especially by providing a room for us to shower and change even after we had checked out). I know we were quite troublesome, but they never made us feel like a burden, which is truly commendable!
