The hotel is very modern with large spaces and cozy decorations. It's very close to the city center (15 minutes walk). The staff were super kind and helpful. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable (finally a nordic country where I don't freeze to death in my sleep). Breakfast was good. We were allowed to use their lockers after checking out - this allowed us to go to the city one more time (without worrying about our luggage) before going to the airport.

Situated next to Iceland’s Ring Road, Laxarbakki offers apartments with free WiFi access and a furnished terrace with views of River Laxá. Akranes town centre is 12 km away.

CityHub is a fun and quirky little place to stay in the middle of the city. We needed an affortable place to sleep in and we got more than we needed. The beds are huge and the common areas are clean and well kept. Would book again!

The location was super! In a quiet area with enough place to park the car in front of the appartment. There is an easy access to the highway and a 24-hour shop and the city center is just a 10-15 minutes drive. The hosts of the appartment are really nice. Everything we needed was there: kitchen, a decent bathroom and enough space for the two of us. But the most breathtaking was the view on Aurora, The Northern Lights. Although you stay in the city it is possible to see the Northern Lights from the balcony. We even could see it sitting on the bed staring out of the bedroom window! How romantic!

The ICELAND SJF Villa Is an real VILLA. It is extremely comfort, host really friendly. The view excludes the need or even thinking to use TV. Hot Tube is perfect for relaxing. Really good place to stay. I will look forward to visit that place again.
