Rooms were beautiful and immaculate, beautifully designed. The hotel itself was beautiful and with perfect Tuscany charm. Enjoying river view at every breakfast and sunset at dinner are perfect ways to start the day and wind down after a day of touring. Breakfast was good and the hotel prepared fresh fruit juices every morning and brought them to the table specifically for the guests (unlike some where fruit juices were just produced in bulk and placed on buffet bar table). Staff were attentive and joyful - happy staff happy place! Prior to our arrival we requested the hotel to make a few restaurant reservations and we were presented with a professionally prepared typed up letter with details of all the reservations. These are the little details that differentiate a true five star hotel from a mediocre one. We loved the place so much and it's by far one of the best 5 stars hotel we've stayed at.

I liked the rooms, they were very spacious and clean. The breakfast service in the room was perfect! The location was also ideal if you arrive from the train station, cause it only takes like 7 minutes.

Good and clean rooms. The location was good and the complementary shuttle service to the center was extremely useful to avoid driving to the centre. Parking is available on the property at 26 euros/day; though a little expensive, it's very convenient. All the staff were good, helpful and very welcoming.

I had a fantastic stay at Sara’s place. Firstly, the place was spotless, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Secondly, the location is excellent—close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. The property itself has been newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern. Lastly, the yard is absolutely beautiful, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. I highly recommend staying here!

    Villa la massa was amazing, the staff went above and beyond with their level of service. The restaurants were both very good, breakfast each morning overlooking the river was fabulous. The spa therapist gave a wonderful massage and facial. The chef came out each day to ask everyone if they enjoyed their meal. The hotel rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms were spacious, everywhere is absolutely spotless. The pool area was very well maintained, always someone to get you water, a towel. All the staff were just so friendly.

    Borgo I Vicelli is a wonderful place to relax, to explore Florence, to take a bath in the pool. We had a room with view to the olive trees garden, with AC, in an old Frantoio. Confortable bed and pilows, excelent breakfast. A great parking space on the property. You need a car for a 25 minutes trip to a Parking in Florence.
