We had a wonderful stay at Arts Club Suite & Spa. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and very atmospheric, with a stylish and elegant decor. We stayed in a two-room apartment with an incredible view and two large balconies, where we could relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape. The apartment was clean and spacious, featuring private bathroom, two fridges and a small kitchen with coffee express (if there is a need for glasses or cutlery you need to ask at the reception). We were warmly welcomed, and Cristina, the host, made sure we had everything we needed and felt at ease. She also recommended some great local restaurants and even offered to make reservations for us. The hotel features a lovely spa with a jacuzzi and sauna, which was available exclusively to us for 50 minutes each day. It was a great way to unwind and relax, though you need to book your time with the staff in advance. The atmosphere was perfect. We felt well cared for, but the service was never intrusive. It was a great place to rest, recharge, and explore the beautiful countryside. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the busy city, a relaxing spa experience, and a chance to explore the stunning Tuscany region.

I travel a lot through Europe and spend the night in the most diverse locations. This trip took me to the beautiful town of Chianciano in picturesque Tuscany. When I arrived after a long journey, I did not expect to end up in a Wellness & Medical Spa, but it was the case. A beautiful and beautifully decorated building in a picturesque street. Upon entering the bright and beautifully decorated hall, there is a view of the restaurant and bar, which with the right guests can lead to pleasant and atmospheric moments. The welcome from the brother and sister who operate the hotel was friendly and service-oriented. There is a swimming pool in the building and outside the village the hotel even has a swimming pool that can be reached by (electric) bicycle. My room was correctly and equipped with a good bed, sufficient cupboards and an excellent bathroom with more than enough clean towels and everything you need to freshen up in case you lose everything along the way. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you will find several restaurants, interspersed with ice cream parlors and pizzerias with cozy terraces. The atmosphere in the evening was very pleasant. A wonderful destination for business travelers like me. However, this location, which is 15 minutes away from the motorway, also serves as an excellent base for discovering this beautiful part of Tuscany for couples or groups who enjoy cycling, walking and a challenging search for delicious wines on their To Do list. Very quiet place, very good position to reach all the surrounding place of interest like bagni di san Filippo, Montepulciano, caseificio cugusi and a lot more. Staff very friendly and helpful, they suggested where to eat and booked the table for us. Nice breakfast with many different choices, croissants were amazingly good!

This was the perfect place for a romantic trip to Montepulciano. The room was beautiful with a nice view of olive trees out the window. We real enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gloria was very welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast was great as well.

I would rate 11 if it be possible!!! Everything was just awesome. This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean, spacious and perfectly designed.
