Room was huge with a balcony, staff were super friendly! Hotel was easy to find, on-site parking and a choice of pizza or restaurant style food.

Eleonora was an exceptionally great host! Everything was very well thought out from the time when we were about to arrive till the time we left the apartment. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, the entire apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities, especially breakfast, at 6 Euros was really a treat! Will definitely 100% go back the next time when we visit Lake Como! Thank you Eleonora for everything =D

It was peaceful and beautifully maintained/renovated. It had everything you could possibly need or want. The pool and outside area was amazing, the staff went over and above to make sure we were happy (nothing was too much trouble) and all the staff were friendly, helpful and eager to please. The food was delicious, the included breakfast was ideal and the whole place was spotless - what more could you ask for?! We didn’t use the spa but I’m sure that would have been great too. Just a perfect peaceful base to visit Menaggio, Belaggio and Como from. We loved the 11am check out and we were so grateful to the owner who let us in well after the last check in time as we were delayed. The animals at the house were very friendly and no bother at all - super cute dogs especially. We would recommend this to anyone!

He made sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to assist with any needs or inquiries. His local knowledge was invaluable for exploring the area. Nearby Restaurant: Another perk was the lovely restaurant just across the garden. The food was exquisite, offering a range of delicious local dishes. Proximity to the Lake: The villa's location was ideal, being within walking distance of a beautiful lake. Overall, our experience at villa was exceptional. The combination of luxurious amenities, careful attention from Davide, and the charming surroundings made it a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape!
