a great set up appartement in a wonderful tuscan villa, lovely decorated, great gardens and a balcony with the special tuscan view, a nice big walk in shower, separate toilet, very quiet location eventhough only a few minutes walk to the old city piazza, 2 ACs made us survive the extreme heat very well, technical issues were dealt with right away, minutes by car to shops and restaurants

Unfortunately, the Spa was not open due to renovations. I did see inside the spa and look forward to having the opportunity to come another time. It looks beautiful. The wine tour was very interesting, and it gave an impressive history of the Villa Residence portion that is not open unless you are on the tour. It had museum worthy art and furnishings and historical significance for that area. The restaurant was fantastic in both atmosphere and food offerings. I would definitely stay there again and will refer it to everyone!

It was an incredible stay to disconnect from routine! The restaurant is amazing and I really enjoyed all recommendations that I was given. Thing to mention is breakfast, not many places in Italy has such a great variety of food on the buffet and eggs options (which in my case is my everyday "must " in the morning). Daniela and her husband were very kind and friendly. She made cakes for us for breakfast in the garden. It was so delicious!! One of the best breakfasts in B&B that we ever had. The house was very clean. There were no bugs or flies in the rooms. The furniture and teacups were so lovely. The view was beautiful too, definitely worth it. We had a very wonderful time!! Thank you so much :)

Spectacular. A "destination" accommodation; the host, the amenities, the views - all brilliant. Giovanni greeted us with a bountiful charcuterie feast accompanied by the estate's own wine - my family was bowled over by his hospitality. Giovanni toured us around the property and provided interesting background regarding the vineyard - the best host we've ever had. The facilities were exceptional - every aspect taken care of.
