On of the Things was the Position of the hotel, you have many Chances to visit different Places like Pisa or florenz so as Lucca. The Spa has everything that you need vor a relaxing stay. From 5 differnt pools with special water and diffrent Saunas. Waht i really liked was the taff, we had i Problem with our Room and wanted a change. Everything super clean, very warm all around the places. Thermal Spa is fantastic!! Well maintained and all the pools are with 37 degrees. Staff is really professional and polite! We had no issues booking spa treatments, getting sun loungers or using the restaurants or bar. There's a really beautiful walk up behind the hotel with amazing views. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would say the restaurant and bar food menus are very expensive - we paid EUR15 for 3 small scoops of gelato one night which left me quite annoyed.
