The stay in Alessandra's accommodation was simply exceptional. We fell in love with this house at first sight. It is a completely new and tastefully decorated house. Its decoration is beautiful in every small detail, as if it was decorated by a professional interior decorator. The quality of all items and accessories is at the highest level. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need and even more. An additional advantage is the spa, with a sauna and jacuzzi. Alessandra is an excellent hostess and the contact with her was also very good. We loved the whole stay, which became even more wonderful thanks to staying in this beautiful house. Outstanding villa with authentic Tuscan charm. Sergio and Gianni were wonderfully helpful and friendly hosts, providing warm hospitality and truly luxurious accommodation. We were a family of seven staying for two weeks, and the villa was comfortable for everyone. A car is essential to reach the many destinations you’ll want to explore—beaches, wineries, and beautiful Tuscan towns such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimigniano. There are plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and even a local food market nearby. The amenities were exactly as described, including separate bathrooms for each bedroom, which made our stay even more convenient.

The place has a really good situation in the middle of the major cities in the North of Tuscany. At arrival we were surprised to find a beautiful garden with in the middle a small building that housed the kitchen, equipped with allot of supplies. The jacuzzi was also a really nice surprise. The appartment itself was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is also equipped with everything needed. The owners are a very nice young couple who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They made sure we had a nice stay, the bottle of wine and the snacks/fruits were also well appreciated. I can really received a stay here!

I was traveling to Pisa and also wanted to visit Florence, so I chose this place for its location in between the two cities. The property is close to the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, and within walking distance of a few nice restaurants, including a really good one nearby. There’s always free parking right in front of the entrance, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The property itself is very welcoming. There’s a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need, plus some nice touches like cookies, bottled water and coffee from the hosts. There are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor and another upstairs, conveniently located near the bedroom. I stayed here end of October during some chilly days, and the heating system worked perfectly. I also noticed two air conditioning units, one on each floor, so it should be just as comfortable during the summer. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I didn’t get the chance to visit Florence this time, but when I return to Italy for it, I’ll definitely choose the same place to stay. That’s how good it was! :)
