Almost everything is perfect here from reception area, receptionists, staff, breakfast, bedroom, bathroom, towels & toiletries, etc...Location is also ideal, short walking distance to train station, bus or ferry to Portofino, and to the old town of Santa....and the rate in late October was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very good location, a 10-minute walk to the centre of Santa Margherita, which filters out most of the confusion. Ideally palced for the visit to Portofino (the bus stops in both to/from directions are right in front of the hotel). The facilities offered are what can be expected from a 4-star hotel, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast (although there was a coffee-making machine and not a "proper" barista). The staff was very welcoming and helpful (they added the breakfast at a competitive rate), either at the hotel and the parking (a huge bonus for Santa Margherita, although moderately pricey at EUR 20 per day). Another bonus for the check-out deadline at noon and the extended breakfast time untile 10.30.

The property was very well located in the middle of Santa Margherita and only a 15 minute boat ride to portofino. The hotel had an amazing pool with sun beds and the rooms were lovely with everything you needed. There was always someone at front desk offering help if needed.

The terrace was cosy and spacious - we absolutely loved it. The location was really convenient, and the apartment was very clean.
