The house was very big and comfortable for my family of four. I like it that there's a garden surrounding the house so that my kids can kind of run around within the house without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. There are three bedrooms in the house with one Japanese room that can accommodate easily 6 people sleeping there together. The fact that there are two toilets make it all the more convenient. I think there may be insects problem during summer but because I'm I stayed during winter so it's all great.

A quiet and clean place with a few rooms for those looking for privacy. A real experience of staying in a small japanese town not so crowded with tourists. Close to a good public onsen and a natural thermal where you can relax soaking your feet in warming waters. Also close to the bus stop that takes to the 7 waterfalls park. I am very grateful to the owner who had sent me by international post a collectors item I could only find in Japan and forgot at the hotel.

The place is very well managed and the hosts were extremely friendly, a good location if you're thinking of staying near shimoda but closer to the beaches. There were also 2 private onsens free of charge that we loved using and the free breakfast was nice as well. There was also free washing machine service provided. Everything was new, high-quality, spacious, and comfortable.
