The room was very cosy and comfortable. Perfect for unwinding after busy days of sightseeing and crowds. The bath does wonders for tired legs from walking. The room is stocked with an assortment of free drinks and traditional snacks are provided in the lobby. The location is great, only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station and close to other public transport. We walked to most of the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and everyone spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate. Our breakfast was cooked with care each morning, making it a great start of each day. We would definitely come back!

Property is nice and new. The bath tub is perfect after a long day of walking. They even provided a little bathroom hygiene kits and towels. Location is pretty good, a block from a grocery store. It's not that close to train station but it didn't matter to us. In the evening after the sun goes down it's a nice walk to Gion and shopping district for dinner.

Exquisite facilities. One of the most beautiful places I've stayed, like the Japanese maple outside the window, or the Japanese design. The HEATED SHOWER FLOORS. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Washer dryer works well. Great little sitting area for a big family.
