It was definitely more luxurious than what we expected. We liked everything about the apartment. All needs were catered for, and the service was exceptional 👌 and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially with all the useful telephone numbers for the different facilities. Even the little touches like the Christmas tree 🎄 were greatly appreciated.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The grand lobby created a welcoming atmosphere with its impressive ambience. The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging, adding a personal touch to our experience. The buffet spread was outstanding, and the Beach BBQ setup was beautifully arranged, creating a romantic vibe that my wife absolutely loved. Dinner at Ai KISU was not only visually stunning but also absolutely delicious. The beach was immaculate, and the crystal-clear waters were breathtaking. A special thanks to Gerard, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to organize the unforgettable experiences we had at LUX, including the Food Lab, wine tasting, and Beach BBQ. Sarven, the head sommelier, impressed us with his extensive knowledge and warm demeanor, making the wine tasting an absolute delight. Chef Sanjeeu and server Vishal added a touch of warmth and entertainment throughout dinner, making the entire evening even more memorable.

Everything’s has been outstanding! The SPA and lots of leisure activities are included into your booking which is outstanding! The gym is brand new and there is an amazing tennis court as well. Everyone of the staff is more than attentive! The breakfast has such high variety of fresh ingredients like fruits and vegetables. We can highly recommend staying there!

It is quite unusual to visit a place which is much more than just a very good place with good service. I do not have enough words to describe my satisfaction and gratitude to all the great people working in Westin Turtle Bay. They are not just kind and helpful - they are friendly above any expectations! Quality of the hotel - rooms, diversity of cusine, perfection in taste, views and the overall feeling of this place. We've been to many places around the world, but this hotel and it's stuff was far beyond what we've experienced so far. I can't mention by name all the great people who put a lot of effort in our time there, but I have to mention about Ms. Madelyn, Ms. Venisha and Ms. Partisha - thank you among all the others. I enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. I especially enjoyed that most activities offered at the resort are free. The breakfast was excellent and it catered to the international palette.
