We enjoyed every minute at Residence. the room was arranged as our request and very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My smaller daughter had a severe stomach and was crying on the way back to the room and before we even get back to home, the doctor is already there waiting to see us! The doctor gave her some medicine and she was all fine in an hour and already back to the water. Great food, different themes everyday. We are already planning to come back next year.

It was definitely more luxurious than what we expected. We liked everything about the apartment. All needs were catered for, and the service was exceptional 👌 and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially with all the useful telephone numbers for the different facilities. The host and everybody else helping around the house were very kind to us and we felt very welcome! We recommend this place highly :) They definitely go the extra mile for their guests. To give an example, things were not going good for us (we were having difficulties finding a place to stay in that region) and Annie took us in in the middle of the night, after normal check-in hours. We are so-so grateful for that! In addition, we mixed up our payment and after we had left the villa, Annie contacted us with the problem and helped to find a solution how we could meet up again to make the payment. We felt so bad that this happened - everything and everybody had been so great with us - but fortunately Annie helped to solve all the obstacles. We are very grateful for Annie and everybody else too :)
