We had absolutely incredible experience at SO/ Maldives! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel itself is brand new and shiny and beautifully designed, with a modern aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Our villa was exceptionally spacious, with plenty of natural light and every amenity we could need for a comfortable stay. Kids capsule is just what our kids need! The beach views were stunning, and we loved relaxing in such a thoughtfully curated space. Kids club staff was super nice and our boys wanted to stay all day if possible. Restaurants serves really delicious food. Chefs are keen to help with special requirements. Staff is professional and kind devoted to makecevery wish come through. Our butler Ahsan went beyond and above to make us happy. Resident manager was aleays around talking to guests which wascreally nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, style, and top-notch service in the Maldives!

The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is very nice, the karaoke day was very good! The lady who sang was very successful! Rooms were amazing. The island itself is beautiful and the overwater villas are generous and very stylishly furnished - especially the bathroom and terrace are very special (we were watching little fish and sharks every night from the net thingy). But what truly knocked our socks off was the quality of service. All the staff went out of their way to make our vacation memorable and we felt truly pampered. We were warmly greeted at the airport and upon our departure seen off at the airport entrance. We were even given a complimentary early check-in + breakfast after we’d arrived and late check-out, so basically one more day at our amazing villa! Ahmed and other staff members were constantly checking that we had everything we needed and were always so friendly and welcoming. As we are a vegetarian & vegan couple, the chefs at all the restaurants made sure to check in with us prior to every meal and prepared some of the best meals we’d ever had! It was unbelievable, plus the places looked stunning. The spa experience and massage with Ros was a cherry on top. Also used the gym and the tennis court regularly - the staff there made sure we had fresh towels and water at all times. We also had to visit the clinic and were assisted by the doctor - all part of the resort service. Just cannot recommend this place enough!

This was our 3rd return to Bandos Resort. The perfect location, the excellent house reef and the hospitality of the staff are the reasons we keep returning. This resort is excellently managed and it shows in every aspects. I would specially highlight the Sea Breeze staff and the Pool Bar staff as excellent professionals. Special applause to Aditye and Surej at the pool bar! Also I was really impressed how the wifi quality improved since our last visit. Now you could even watch movies online. Our accomodation was the Beach Villa. Good news to future travellers, that now all Beach Villas are finished with reconstruction, the quality, freshness of design is superb. The bed was extremely comfortable, I would rate it as the best ever I have experienced in a hotel. I had zero problem with my neck herniation during the whole stay of 10 days. View to ocean also got significantly better from these Villas, as renovation also included gardening renewal.
