We were greeted by staff at the front desk who cheerfully fixed my mistake. Our rooms were beyond what the photos show. We were greeted with a shot of Tequila and staff drove us to a restaurant and then picked us up. They had to make 3 trips each way for all of us. I can't say enough kind words to the front counter staff. We were all hugging them when left. This is a stunning hotel with a nice restaurant next door. We're staying longer next time. Thank you again. 10 Canadian travelers and 5 Familia!

Price was extraordinarily low for the facility. Nice option when using Bajio airport. Buffet breakfast was good .

This really is such a stunning place to stay! Beautifully maintained property and gardens with amazing views, great pool and jacuzzi, tennis court, amazing breakfast. The staff could not be nicer and many speak English. We were able to park safely in their car park and although it's a little out of town it's an easy and cheap uber into the historic centre (which is not a place you want to drive in yourself!) We would highly recommend.

Wonderful location, central yet not too noisy. Very helpful staff and nothing was ever too much trouble…. The view from the hotel terrace is amazing.
