What gem of a person our host Ovi is! our flight was delayed and he stayed there for 2 hours waiting for us! showed how everything work in the property, available on phone, kept checking us if we need anything, Location is great by the canal, a house full with wonderful gadgets! The staff was helpful, the rooms were comfortable. Everything what is needed for a short stay. Also there were more toiletries than usually in European hotels. The tram stops are also next to the hotel and it’s super convenient (one in front of hotel, other few meters away). Soundproofing was good, no street noise.
