I had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was great, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The garden was lovely and added to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the hosts, Will and Maria — they were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, and I truly appreciated how Maria adapted it to be vegan-friendly, making it even more special. I also loved the hot tub, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. All in all, this was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would love to come back again!

Well what a treat this was. We have been travelling for a month and this is the best property we have stayed in. Absolutely everything is perfect and then there is the outdoor bath to top it all with stunning panoramic views of mountain and sea. Just wished we had booked more than one night.

This lodge is truly luxurious and the gracious hosts put their heart into this place. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the perfectly curated menu with local NZ foods, the plush linens and towels, to the decadent and eco-friendly bath products. It was everything we hoped for and more. We spent our time on beaches, enjoyed the kayaks provided, and watched the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The indoor soaker tub was the cherry on top. This place was absolutely unforgettable.

The location is amazing. Waking up with this extremely impressive view is wonderfull. Really nice bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sliding door to the terrace with the jacuzzi. This was the best accomodation during my trip in New Zealand!

Such a lovely stay in the alpaca house truck. Nat and Grant have really put a lot of thought into the accommodation from all the quirky decor bits to the different seating area and outdoor hottub. The breakfast and alpaca walk was great too
