Everything was perfect! It was my friend's birthday and the hotel prepared a surprise in the room and a cake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food in the buffet is diverse, very good and delicious. The facilities are very good and pleasant. Several activities. The beach is amazing and very spacious. Cleanliness - Very good

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at the Crowne Plaza. Because it was Eid everything in the town was closed and we were unable to do any sightseeing in Salalah so we spent three very relaxing days around the lovely pools. There were also restrictions on the sale of alcohol due to Eid but the hotel managed this graciously and no one was offended or inconvenienced. We could still enjoy sundowners on our balcony looking over the lawns and listening to the sea. This was almost as close to enjoying the sea that we could get to as the beach is closed for swimming by law from May to October which we did not know and this was a disappointment but not the fault of the Crowne Plaza. However, I do think that this should be mentioned at some point in the booking process.The staff were universally very friendly and a particular thank you to the man who cleaned our room (305) which he did to a very high standard. As we were leaving the hotel he came running into the lobby with a pair of my husband's shoes which he had left at the back of the wardrobe. We'd recommend the Corwn Plaza to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a very well appointed hotel.

The design and location were stunning, and every detail seemed perfectly planned. The apartments felt very private, and having wildlife like camels, flamingos and cows around the hotel made the whole experience truly special. I hadn't mentioned in advance that I have a milk allergy, yet the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. They prepared separate dishes for me at the buffet dinner, and the chef even came out to make sure my food was completely dairy free. The spa was fantastic, and it was a real joy to use. We like to work out even when we travel, and both the gym and the spa (steam room, saund and plunge pool) were much better than we expected.

First, when we got there, they welcomed us in a Very nice way and Rasha in the front desk helped us to gave us our room and also they Upgraded our Room to a nice superior sweet which s beautiful and we loved it, thanks 🙏

Very nice Hotel with great pool and beach area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We only had a very short stay but I can see how you could easily manage to spend some days relaxing and calming down from some sightseeing in Oman.
