Luster Hotel has been one of the best places we've stayed at so far. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and complimentary water and coffee provided each day. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. A lovely extra touch was the availability of tea, coffee, water, and small pastries at the counter near the reception throughout the day. The breakfast is also excellent.

Excellent hotel in a desirable area of Lisbon. The room was lovely, spotless and well equipped - coffee maker plus a kettle and fridge. And complementary bottled water every day. I requested a room with a bathtub and early check in. Both requests were accommodated and much appreciated. The service was superb across the board and the restaurant ( food and service) was fantastic! Overall a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the house. The host was super friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Super clean and comfortable rooms with everything that we needed. The best part of the place was the magical garden. Beautiful scenery, loads of plants and flowers. We couldn't ask for more ! Definitely coming back for more days to spend there. Highly Recommended! A magical quiet gem full of atmosphere in the heart of old Lisbon. The hotel boasts beautiful public spaces, exuding a serene and elegant Portuguese ambiance. The ammenties at the Villa were fantastic. The location was great for central Lisbon and from and to the airport. It has a great communal space and the bedrooms and spacious. The jacuzzi area is beautiful, as is the outdoor seating areas. I would certainly recommend for a group travelling to Lisbon and would even consider returning myself.
