The resort is stunning, the service is superior, the food is extraordinary, and there are so many thoughtful and meaningful touches that make this truly an experience instead of just a vacation. We received champagne, scrumptious desserts. The hotel staff quickly memorized our names and always greeted us warmly. Thanks to Luis(team), Sergio, Vanessa and Diana. We got the family room for 3 people which we thought would imply one of us sleeping on the sofa, but they had already prepared a third bed for us. The room was spacious, very clean, huge closet and nice balcony with chairs and a table to watch the ocean from. The breakfast was a nice classic selection (ham, salami, cheeses, various types of pastries, beans, eggs and lots of fruit). The pool is always clean, not as big as in the picture, but there is still plenty of room to swim around especially since most of it 2m deep (7ft). The jacuzzi was a nice addition for colder evenings. The staff are very kind and willing to adapt to your needs or requests. The hotel offers the possibility to rent a car without deposit (which was a huge deal for us since deposits were in the range of 2000 euros) by paying 10 euro more each day you rent for full insurance. They also bring the car to the hotel for you.
