Clean, spacious, beautiful. It has fantastic sea views from all 3 terraces. Jacuzzi bath on a terrace. Backyard with a spot to sit around fire. The maintenance rooms were also very well equipped and spacious.

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Terra Nostra. The ambience, the food, and the staff.

Everything was better than our expectations. The apartment was delicious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. The pool was so nice and enjoyable as the garden. The air conditioning was a great feature in August. The host is super kind and disposable. Last but not least the breakfast was incredible. We really can’t wait every day to get up and taste the delicious food they serve.

Quinta da Paz is a dream place to spend your holidays. Being in the middle of the Island, has the perfect location to go up and down during your stay in the island. Claudia, its owner, is the clear example of a true hostess. Attentive to every detail from the very first moment, she makes you feel at home. She has created a wonderful idyllic space, a complex of 6 apartments that offers you things that until now I had never found before, and everything free, at no added cost. A pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue to use whenever you want and with everything you need without having to look for it on your own, two Washing machines and a dryer, a mini football field and beautiful views of a meadow where cows graze. On the complex there are also some animals which makes the day to the children. A parrot named Lara, few peacocks and some hens whose fresh eggs you can take and eat as many you wish. Each of the apartments is perfectly equipped but above all, full with everything you need on the first day. Water, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil, kitchen paper... it seems silly, but when you don't go to a hotel but to an apartment, having the minimum on the first day before you go to a supermarket, helps a lot. Claudia has only one employee, Nicole, who is in charge of cleaning your apartment whenever you want, and who is at the villa from 9 till 19 pm taking care that all is ok. As it couldn’t be other way, she is as kind as Claudia, always with an smile on her face and ready to help. During the eight days we spent there we felt the peace and quietness of a private place, as if it were our own home, only much bigger and with all the open beautiful spaces explained above. We practically felt as if we were alone. Without any doubt the best place we’ve been so far. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly, the jacuzzi is amazing after a day of visiting and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice, the beds comfortable and everything was clean. It's a bit outside of the city center of Ponta Delgado which makes it a very calm and relaxing place to stay. To get dinner in the center it's only a 15 minute drive.

Excellent property with everything you need for a quiet and stress free holidays

Octant Furnas exceeded our expectations the most during our Azores vacation, which we spent in 3 different high-end accommodations. The spa, gym and pool area are mind blowing. Room was modern and cozy. And oh my god how nice was the breakfast set up (my favourite was that they had a beautiful DIY tea station) and the restaurant. Million times I would recommend this hotel and I'm sad that we had only 2 nights at that place.

The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and has a great location. The owner is very nice and helpful.
