Upon arrival we were met by the Hostess Joelle and her two adorable fluffy pup companions Sia and Tallulah. And we immediately felt at home. Joelle went out of her way to make our stay memorable with some amazing food and even helped with our itinerary suggesting we head to Piton de la Fournaise bright and early. When we got up for our journey at 05:00am we were met by Joelle in the kitchen ready with coffee and some amazing road trip lunch boxes(which did not disappoint 😁) As for our room it was very neat and the bed very comfortable, we had a en-suite bathroom and access to the kitchen. Recommended.

Felt very welcomed and like home. Carol was such a kind and attentive host, always in a good mood and ready to help with any questions. Clean and beautiful apartment, very nice house and atmosphere and a beautiful garden. Lovely and fresh breakfast with many options to choose from. My friend and I really much enjoyed our stay at La Villa Soalic and can only recommend this place to stay in Cilaos.

We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new lodge in Cilaos. The host gave us a very warm welcome, the rooms are modern and stylish with super comfortable beds, and we loved the view of the Piton de Neige. Guests can use the shared kitchen and pool, and the private spa area (bookable just for your group) was a real highlight. The lodge is a little outside of town, but parking is provided and it’s no problem if you have a car. Overall, a beautiful place to relax — highly recommended!
