I honestly don't know how to begin to describe this, it’s not my usual kind of review. 🙂 Casa Lucia welcomed me with a "big hug" from the moment I stepped into the yard. The instant I entered the house, I was overwhelmed by a feeling of comfort, warmth, and excitement. I’ve never felt this level of comfort anywhere else except home, until now. Of course, the friendly and well-behaved dogs and cats contributed to this feeling; honestly they’re the kind of pets anyone would want at home. The host was incredibly hospitable and always available for anything we needed. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail surpassed that of any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed at. This place exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking to ski, hike, or visit nearby tourist sites, there are plenty of options available. There’s even a dedicated area for kids in the yard, making it perfect for families. Casa Lucia remains a favorite place in my heart, and I will visit as many times as I can. There are no words to fully express how grateful I am to have found this place. When you visit, you will understand exactly what I’m talking about. You could imagine I left with tears in my eyes. Oh and also I slept better than I do at home 😁 Thank you for making us feel so comfortable!❤️

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT ! Amazing place, great location, close to main atractions (including Varful Toaca which was my goal). We enjoyed the peace and the beautiful views from the balcony. Perfect place to relax and entertain with friends, having a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of sitting areas indoor and outdoors. The owners are wonderful people who made us feel like home. Highly recommend !

The house is a little dream - secluded and with amazing nature around. The landlady is absolutely brilliant - helpful and friendly. Perfect place for a couple of days of relaxation!

The house was warm and cozy. Close to some of the hiking routes and not too far from the lake and the supermarket. For the cost we paid the conditions were more than ok. Recommend. The hosts were extra. They provided coffee and made the fire so it would be nice and cozy which was excellent after a long hike.

- the location is great; - the room was clean and comfy with an additional mattress, although our bed was an extended sofa; - there is a common kitchen and living area where you will find plenty of games and great books to read (the owner is either well-read man, or has documented well on the books - you'll find books from Aldous Huxley, Goethe, to researches on history of Moldova)
