The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had booked an economy room but they were kind enough to upgrade us to the apartment which was very nice and cozy. Whenever we had questions they were able to check and provide their thoughts which helped us plan our time better :)

I loved everything about this place, from the rural idealic location to the extras like the hot tub and sauna but most of all I have to complement Neja and janja. The organised last minute rafting for us within an hour and also provided an amazing bike for my husband to go on an early cycle before we left. They also gave great advice on a hike straight from the door! Highly recommend if looking for something a bit different in Kobarid region!

An excellent accommodation. Very well arranged, spacious and comfortable. The location is very good, just 15 minutes drive from Tolmin Gorge, which mattered a lot. The garden is beautiful.

This villa in the Alps is the best I've seen. The building and apartments are well-designed and high-quality. There are no keys, just codes to get around. The spa is amazing and the owners even provide hay bags for a nice smell. When we visited during Easter, we were pleasantly surprised to see decorations in the common areas. I haven't seen an apartment with better design or equipment in years. The small details and LED lights are perfect. I'm already looking forward to coming back.
