This is an oasis in the middle of the city. Beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Jim, the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to assist. The food in the cafe was delicious and plentiful. We only stayed one night but wish we had booked more. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location. Lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and only a short taxi ride to central Pattaya and Jomtien. Even though this is in an older condo complex it was a great place to stay - having direct access to the rooftop pool from the second floor of the penthouse was great. We really appreciated having a washing machine in the unit and lots of hangers provided. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful, and the online staff and unit manager were helpful and quick to respond to messages.
