View from the room is very nice. Great location - with a few minutes walk from the MRT station and to the river side. The well-designed city library is right next to the hotel too. Breakfast is marvelous: a wide range of choices, especially perfect for who is eager for taiwanese cuisine.

*** Need to improve in 12F The staff in 12F SPA Pool need to be more professional with need-to-retrain English skills to be more polite to customers, particularly in executive class. The action of rejected customers asking for help with unprofessional English while just playing with her mobile phone was unacceptable (April 4, 2025, during the 3pm to 5pm session). Furthermore, as I asked about massage service in 1F front desk, the staff told me there is no massage service in the hotel, so I need to walk into the SPA Center in 12F and booked by myself. Marriott is a world-class hotel, so the staff need better training in communications with foreign customers, not just with the ones who can speak Chinese.

Beautiful, large, quiet room with all facilities and conveniences. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. We felt it was good value for money. Door and reception staff very helpful and friendly.
