The staff were amazingly helpful. Free bike hire, biking is perfect and safe in the area. They also had a happy hour 4.30 to 6.30 where you can have afternoon tea/coffee or wine with light things to eat too... so generous!! Pool was gorgeous and rooms were very very very nice and spacious.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like one of the family. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The ranch is amazing with lovely horses and character touches fitting with the ranch lifestyle. The meals were delicious and wholesome served with a smile. They even put a bottle of wine in our room for my 60th birthday. The jacuzzi was just what we needed after a great horse ride. Love this place

Great welcome from Ben at Reception. Really comfortable room, though bathroom was relatively small and bedroom was a bit limited in space due to the size of the bed (which was huge and very, very comfortable). The included breakfast was a great way to start the day. The pool and spa also provided the opportunity to relax which was appreciated as we had been on the road for 3 weeks. Onsite parking was excellent and the staff maintain the grounds and rooms to a very high standard.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon week in SB at the hotel Milo and we had the best time! The whole stay exceeded all of our expectations! They gave us two complimentary bottles of champagnes and chocolates ans set up towel swans and roses on the bed! So sweet. We loved everything from the snacks and drinks at front desk to the location. We loved the bikes provided and rode around town using them all week. The valet boys were super Sweet and helpful everyday with recommendations and advice about where to eat and hang out around SB. We will 100% be back again soon! Thank you!

As hoteliers/restaurateurs, we have a different and sometimes stricter perspective than others. I can only congratulate the hotelier here. We had room 320 and were completely satisfied. What a great room and the service was always unobtrusively nice and courteous. We have traveled halfway around the world but rarely have we stayed in such a great hotel. Congratulations! As there was not a hair in the soup to be found, we can wholeheartedly give a full score here...🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

    We loved our stay here! The location was great, close to the beach as well as State Street, the main shopping street of Santa Barbara. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the lobby had the most amazing freshly baked cookies available for free every day, with coffee or tea. I loved the building, surrounded by palmtrees and spacious parking. Nice pool and hot tub to relax . The beds were enormous and rooms clean and comfortable. We loved it here and would definitely come back!

    The room was very spacious, clean and well-decorated. Exceptional bathroom and very comfortable beds. Great location and lovely balcony views towards the mountains. Parking was easy and the 'wing' layout worked surprisingly well.
