Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the apartament to the moment we left. We are a family of 4 and there was everything we could have needed and then some. The location is perfect for event at the KeyBank Center. Did pre check in from the email they sent and our room was ready when we got there at 2:40. Fridge was already plugged in which was great. Was also able to get a parking spot so that was great too.
