The Clocktower has a variety of rooms. Their photos are accurate so choose your favourite. We wanted a large room with lots of windows and found it as pictured. It had hardwood floors and deep granite window sills, a Spanish Colonial vibe and great comfy beds with crisp white linens. For picky people, the cheap remote with Scotch tape repair and peeling non-stick in the bath tub might be occasions for a tantrum, but for us, the great draperies over the truly impressive expanse of graceful mullioned windows and sense of serenity and care about the place are what we noticed and appreciated, hence the exceptional rating. It is an exceptional place and one we will long remember as one of our favorite places.

Situated two blocks from Pierpont Bay, this hotel is 0.5 miles from the Ventura County Fairgrounds.

Facility was clean and quiet. Our room was viewing the harbor, but we really need something that's quiet, and this property met that. Everybody was happy.

We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was really good and very well priced and staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Excellent breakfast. Very quiet room due to great bedroom layout. Would stay here again. Very comfortable bed.

This hotel is just off the scenic Pacific Coast Highway, halfway between Santa Barbara and Malibu. It has an outdoor pool and hot tub. Camarillo Premium Outlets is 10 minutes away.

Little touches- the soap, lotion and shampoo dispensers (much less messy than bar soap), the moveable puff which was a great table, the USB plugs, the lamp with european adaptors, the little kitchen area which made making coffee if up early easy, the easy to use coffee maker, and the handle in the shower for safety. The bed covers were crisp and nice. The breakfast was very good and I appreciated all the coffee amenities like creamer, half and half and hot chocolate mix. Laundry was also appreciated- the only comment might have been it could be nice if it opened earlier but the later opening was likely to reduce noise. All these touches made the stay so nice.

Everything other than the restaurant was amazing. The quality of the food was not great but expensive. Convenience is too expensive. All staff was great, just the food was not worth the price.
